Kate Carcone is a full service Broker providing boutique style Real Estate council and sales service. She is supported by a dedicated team of professional photographers, videographers, marketing placement specialists, staggers, and a full time administration staff.

Kate made her early start in Real Estate trading investment property. To date she services an active client list of investors from Europe, Asia and the Middle East.

As a Real Estate Broker, Kate maintains a licence to trade Commercial and Residential Real Estate. By choice Kate works more actively servicing clients in the residential market.

Kate’s outstanding commitment to her clients awarded her a number of industry accolades including: 100% Club, and Platinum Club status; she is also a member of the Re/Max Hall of Fame.

Kate went on further in her career to attain her CLHMS designation; a production based industry acknowledgement granted to proven professionals within the luxury home market niche. Certified as a Luxury Home Market Specialist (CLHMS) by the Institute for Luxury Home Marketing (ILHMS); Kate has been honoured to represent some of the finest luxury properties in the GTA. From panoramic penthouses to private estates – Kate has excelled in standing behind and successfully marketing these unique properties.

As a proponent of continuing education Kate actively attends lectures and seminars in an effort to continue to hone her skills and stay one step ahead of the industry. In terms of real estate education – she went all the way – attaining her Broker licence. As an active member of National Association of Realtors (NAR) Kate is certified as an International Property Specialist (CIPS) and holds her Authorized Buyer Representative (ABR) designation. Through her commitment to continuing to polish her craft – she has been recognized by the industry for her promethean approach to service and marketing.

In June 2013 Kate was inducted into the Million Dollar Guild (ILHMS) for her outstanding marketing and Sales Achievements within the luxury arena.

Kate regularly attends ILHMS “by invitation only” member meetings and conferences to discuss trends in the luxury market, and to maintain a competitive edge on behalf of her clients. As a designee and active ILHMS alumni member Kate has access to the very best tools and networks in the business.

Most recently Kate contributed as co-author of Luxury Home Selling Mastery, currently available in bookstores.

Before entering Real Estate Kate honed her corporate and marketing skills working in the fast-paced arena of public relations.

Her past employment includes: Canada 3000 – Corporate Communications, where she worked regularly with local and national media in delivering a positive company brand image; she worked exclusively on new destination launches, traveled the network extensively representing the airline as a promotions representative, and contributed to Canada 3000’s IPO (initial Public Offering). Subsequently she was welcomed by Thornley Fallis Communications where she managed marketing and public relations for: Nike, Molson, Unilever, Prime Restaurants, and The Royal Canadian Mint.
